Terms & ConditionsIN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY
Colombian international postal services are very reliable. Please note that we will send all parcels through certified mail. However, delivery modalities may differ per country. Depending on the country, in most cases parcels need to be signed at delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the item. If this is not possible, the courier will take the parcel back to your local post office. A card will be left with the branch details and the consignment number. Redelivery can then be arranged by calling said branch or the parcel can be collected in person. In the rare case that you have not received your purchase within 4 weeks of your shipping notification message, we will resend your order through certified mail. Please note that we reserve the right to check with the postal services whether the delivery was made. If the delivery was made but the parcel was not retrieved, we consider the parcel as received.CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Customers wishing to cancel their order must do so within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order will then be cancelled and the amount of your purchase will be reimbursed or your payment cancelled (depending on the timing of your cancellation mail).RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 6 weeks of purchase, unopened and in their original condition and we will refund you the total amount. Payment of refunds can take up to 15 days to process (from the day items are received). We can only refund to the credit/debit card used to make the original payment. Please note that postage and packaging will not be refunded, and you will need to pay for the return. When returning goods, please indicate the reasons for doing so on the invoice, or a copy of the invoice that came with your order. Pack everything securely and ship it to the following address: Returned Goods Madame E, Calle 26C # 4A - 16, 110311 Bogotá - Colombia.
We suggest you insure the return shipment or send it via a trackable courier service. If you lost your invoice, please write your order number and the reason for return on a separate piece of paper.
Please note that if the package has been opened (seal is broken) then the product is not in its original condition and cannot be returned to us.IN CASE OF DAMAGE
Madame E Tights are carefully packaged to optimally protect the fabric of the tights. In the rare case that any of the tights are damaged, please send us an email within 6 weeks of purchase with attached picture of the damaged tights. The picture should show the tights in their original package. Please note that all our goods are checked before dispatch, so please ensure there is no visual damage to the outside packaging before signing for a parcel.
After verification of damage we will immediately resend your order or, if you prefer, reimburse the amount of your purchase.
